When it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, it's not enough to just change what we do. We have to change our attitude towards food, and towards ourselves, so that we actually WANT to do the things we NEED to do, to get the results that we want and need. Then we can actually DO the things consistently.

If we don't work on this nothing changes.
